Bettinsoli shotguns distributed by Fierce Products are covered by a limited warranty. The distributor warrants the firearm against material or workmanship defects for:
(1) year of parts/labor and (3) Year parts.
Warranty is connected with the original owner only. The distributor agrees to repair or replace any defects in material or workmanship at the distributors discretion.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, dents, scratches or cosmetic imperfections which may occur to the wood or metal parts after purchase. The purchaser should ensure that the firearm is free from defect or damage before purchase. The warranty does not cover wood.
The distributor is not responsible for firearms malfunction, personal injury, or property damage or death which result from careless handling, failure to perform firearms maintenance, modifications, use of reloaded ammunition, or criminal or negligent use. While normal wear and tear of any part is not covered under this warranty, the distributor and manufacturer do provide service necessary to keep your firearm in top working condition.
